Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original condition, unused, and packed in the original Dekor Company packaging with all tags intact.

  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a convenient pickup time from your doorstep within 3-5 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After the item passes our warehouse quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 7-10 days.
